What is TDEE and Why Does It Matter?

How is This Helpful?

If you want to lose weight, consume 500 kcal less than your TDEE. If you want to gain weight/muscle, consume 500 kcal more than your TDEE. If you want to maintain your weight, stick to your TDEE.
